If you’re looking for some great classical music this Sunday, go check out Stephanie Chase. She’s amazing and by far one of my favorite violinist. She’s going to be playing at Faneuil Hall in Boston Downtown. Here’s what she’s going to be playing. She’s playing with the accompaniment of the Boston Symphony and you know they’re great. Tickets aren’t crazy expensive and you get to see one of the greats.
BACH Fugue from Violin Sonata in G minor
VIVALDI Fall & Winter from “The Four Seasons”
SARASATE Caprice Basque, Op. 24, Romanza
Andaluza, Op. 22, Zigeunerweisen, Op. 20
RESPIGHI Ancient Airs & Dances (Suite III)
SARASATE Carmen Fantasy, Op. 25
Location:
One Faneuil Hall Square
Boston, MA 02109
Downtown Boston
She’s also going to be in a small church in Edgartown, which is 3 hours away from Boston. It’s an annual Thanksgiving concert that she does every year. Don’t know the details on that very much but if you’re going to be in the area especially for Thanksgiving weekend, you might as well check it out after you eat all that turkey. There’s nothing like food coma to classical music.
